Chateau de Pez
Chateau de Pez owns one of the oldest vineyards of Bordeaux. The winery was rebuilt in 1995, when it was owned by Louis Roederer. Under the plantation of the vineyard, it is 38 ha and is mainly grown by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. They produce unfiltered wines that always repose in the barrels.

In the northern part of Medoc, there is a winery and its 180 hectares of vineyards. It has nine chateaus. Each vineyard and production process are accessed with the most serious precision. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grape varieties that are most frequently used in these vineyards.

Wines are the fruit of hard work with fundamental ingredients, cooperation with experts, a quest for perfect balance, gifted grapes grown in the champagne country eventually producing wines with summer character and crystal elegance.
When Louis Roederer inherited the winery in 1833, he adopted a visionary approach to overcome every stage of wine production. He produced wines of unique style, character and taste. In the middle of the XIX century he began with the purchase of the Grand Cru vineyard, thus enhancing the quality and character of its wines. In 1876, the first Cristal was created for the Russian Tzar Alexander II and thus became a symbol of elegance. Today, vineyards cover 240 ha and 410 plots.
M. Chapoutier is a winery from Rhône that nourishes its vineyards with the highest regard for natural balance and climate since 1808. Family motto “Fac et Spera” – work and hope – says everything. Two words that encompass all the patience and challenge that this art requires: patience in relation to nature, the challenge for the winemaker, who watches, makes decisions and helps. Only then wine will be a true expression of this alchemy. Today vineyards are owned or leased from almost all Rhône appellations.
They began to deal with biodynamics and first try was in 1995 in the vineyards of the northern and southern Rhône. Bio like life and dynamics as an action.
Winery from Burgundy, founded in 1797. Vineyards span 50 ha and include the largest number of Grand Cru vineyards in Burgundy. Today it is an independent winery, owned by the founding family. Currently, the Latur family’s 11th generation leads the winery. Over 400 hectares of vineyards are in the lease, present in various appellations. They have two other wineries: Simonnet Febvre from Chablis and Henry Fessy from Beaujolais. They produce about 150 different types of wine annually.

The winery from Alsace that has 140 hectares of vineyards, of which half are classified as Grand Cru vineyards: Kitterlé, Kessler, Saering, Spiegel.
As grape growers, they produce wine exclusively from grapes obtained from their vineyards. “For 200 years, we have planted a vine with the same dedication and passion. We are the guardians of the extraordinary heritage: we have taken the responsibility to keep it respectful of our culture and history, maintaining the balance between tradition and modern times.”
The Mazzei family originates from Tuscany and the first interest in wine occurs in the XI century. They begun to deal with production of wine on the Castello di Fonterutoli Estate in 1435 and focused all their energy and knowledge on the cultivation of Sangiovese variety. A constant desire for learning and discovering new climates has spawned a family to expand horizons and get acquainted with new varieties and terroirs. Today, 24 generations later, the Mazzei family is engaged in the production of wines on the estates: Castello di Fonterutoli, Belguardo and Zisola.
With a long tradition of viticulture, Marsuret, a local nickname of the Marsura family, produces wine on Valdobbiadene hills since 1936. Their mission is to produce a quality and world-renowned prosecco and Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore through passion for growing family vineyards. The winery is surrounded by 45 ha of vineyards. Precise vineyard care, hand grape harvesting, careful selection, as well as modern technology, guarantee the quality of these wines.
The Cilić Estate is a family estate, located on the top of one of the hills of the impounded Šumadija, near Jagodina, between the villages of Međureč and Lozovik. The winery is in the heart of the estate, surrounded by vineyards, from East to South-West. There are international varieties of grapes in the fields. The emphasis is on working in the vineyard, with the idea to transfer the potential of the grapes to the bottle. The winemaker’s facility is modern, functional, modernly equipped, and the processing is a kind of fun for the participants. All the wines, except the rose, after the fermentation, mature in barrels of Serbian and French oak. Wine of Cilić Estate are characteristic, layered and complex. Fruitfulness and minerality change with oak flavors, and they show true strength only after a few years in the bottle.
Holy Monastery of Hilandar was founded in 1198. The production of wine in the monastery is as old as itself. Since then, until now, it has not been years since the fraternity did not produce wine. In addition to preserving old vineyards, the Hilandar Monastery renewed the vineyard in Sava`s Field in 2008, about 2 km north of the monastery. All Chilandarian wines come exclusively from the Holy Mountain, from the monastery wine cellar and own vineyard on Saa`s Field. Hilandar wine is distinguished by a successful combination of Bordeaux varieties and coupages and wines from sunny Mediterranean vineyards. It provides a rich and complex experience of powerful wines, with great aging potential, fully maintaining the unique “terroir” in which it was created.
Winery Tikveš tells the story of Macedonia as a wine country since 1885 and it is one of the oldest and largest winery in Southeast Europe. In 2003, M6 Investment Group invested 30 million euros in this winery with the aim of modernizing and improving the entire production process. One of the world’s renowned wine critics, Robert M. Parker, estimated the 94-point wine “Bela Voda”, a vintage 2010.
BB Klekovača is the oldest existing Serbian distillery, famous for its klekovaca (plum brandy with the addition of Juniper berries) the authentic and traditional brandy of Bajina Bašta and the mountain Tara, which is in this region for centuries.
For all BB brandy, a very strict selection of the best fruits from the region of Western Serbia is carried out, and the klekovača and plum brandy are based exclusively on the autochthonous regional varieties of plums. All BB brushes are produced by double destillation in first-class copper boxes, which are wood-heated. In the basement of the distillery, around 200,000 liters of high-quality brandy are constantly aging, of which half are in the barrels of Serbian oak from Goč, 500-3000 liters.
Distillery Tok, from Goč Mountain, produces superior fruit brandy from selected varieties of plums exclusively from its own plantations. The top quality is the result of continuous professional control of input raw materials, all processes during production (fermentation, distillation and aging in an oak barrel).

The Berta Distillery produces grappa since 1866 and is considered the jewel of the distilleries of Piedmont. Surrounded by vineyards, close to Asty. The focus of the distillery is the quality of its products. “Quality has an advantage over quantity”.
They priduce grappa of different styles and from different grape varieties. For a few years it is necessary to leave the grappa to be ready for bottling. The longest duration of aging is 20 years, as long as it takes Paolo Berta Riserva to age. Last year, the market was presented to the grapes old 70 years ago.
